Return policy

The products that are sold through have the warranty offered by the producer, so except for lack of conformity of the shipment as contracted, VINOPRIX will not return any product with postage paid. In the event that the Customer considers that the product sent does not conform to what has been purchased, the Customer must NOT open or unseal the bottle and must contact VINOPRIX by sending an email to to communicate this circumstance, after which VINOPRIX will pick up the shipment and transfer it to its warehouse, where it will proceed to examine the product sent and will be checked with the purchase order made by the Customer, after which we will inform the Customer if the shipment does not conform to what you have purchased, in which case the Customer will have to inform VINOPRIX if he wants the full refund of the money, or a new shipment according to what was contracted and with postage paid. In the case of disagreement with the contract, it is very important that the Client DOES NOT open or unseal any bottle of the shipment, and communicate this circumstance to VINOPRIX as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days after receiving the shipment, as established in art.107 of RDL 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, since the Right of Withdrawal will not be applicable to sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene, and that have been unsealed after delivery. On the other hand, any Customer who has made a purchase order through, has the right to withdraw from it within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification. The Customer will communicate this circumstance to VINOPRIX, who will send the shipment back to its warehouse, where once the shipment arrives, VINOPRIX will check the condition of the bottles, and that NOTHING has been opened or unsealed, after which it will proceed to process the refund of the amount paid, but VINOPRIX will be entitled to withhold from the refund of the money for both the cost of the shipment (which although it was initially financed in peninsular Spain by VINOPRIX, has a cost of 8.59 €, or the corresponding amount according to the distribution area) as well as the transportation costs of the return shipment (8.59 €  in peninsular Spain, or the corresponding amount according to the distribution area), both of which will be borne by the Customer.
