TYPE OF WINE: Young white wine without ageing

GRAPE: 100% Verdejo

HIGHLIGHTS AFTER TASTING: This wine is really a dry white wine with plenty of aromas (pineapple, banana, freshly cut grass…) on the nose, and in the mouth I would highlight two aspects: a reduced acidity thanks to the senior age of the vines, and a low bitterness due to the action of the night harvest, unusual in verdejo wines harvests. Great price/quality relationship.

3 PAIRING PROPOSALS: This wine should pair really well with all kind of small fried seafood (anchovies, small squid, shrimps…), green salats or medium cured goat or sheep cheese.
